    Our final coffee from Mexico this season comes from producer Lourdez Edith Ramierz Castro. Lourdez grows Typica and Bourbon at 1700-1900 MASL in the community of San Pedro Yosotatu in Oaxaca. We have been really excited about our sourcing in Mexico this year and are looking forward to seeing continued progress in quality and accessibility. In the cup, we find a clean profile of baking chocolate, subtle orange, raisin, and prune with a syrupy sweetness and a soft floral character. This coffee captures what we have come to really love about coffees from Mexico, an approachable chocolate base followed by a complex jammy character.
