    Ethiopia is one of the most complex and influential growing countries: a storehouse of coffee's history and current genetic diversity.   

    In this lecture and tasting, we will go through the contemporary landscape of trading coffee in Ethiopia, breaking down the structures, processes, and varietal landscape that informs the state of Ethiopian coffee we drink today, with a focus on the specialty market.   

    This is an in-person event with a lecture and tasting at our roastery.

    Each participant will receive a 100g bag of Ethiopian coffee.

    We will be tasting through over 14 expressions of Ethiopian coffee.  Please avoid wearing any scents.
