Coffee remains an incredibly complex topic -- it goes far beyond the morning cup many of us routinely have. Coffee is a global industry that has immense socio-economic, and cultural impact. One of our key missions here at Subtext is to maintain transparency about our involvement with the coffee supply chain, and foster awareness about the specific places and people behind each coffee we work with. By offering classes and events, we are able to engage with our local community, and with our friends online in an attempt to carry out this mission.
